Huzurlu ve Mutesem tatil
Bayram tatilimizi Kaya Belekte geçirdik. Sozlum ve ben otelinizi seçmeden once çok araştırmıştık. Mimar olmam ve turizm planlaması konusunda calısmalarım olmasi nedeni ile Antalya Bolgesindeki bircok tesis hakkinda bilgi sahibiyim. Gerek kalmadıgim bir otel olmasi, gerekse internetteki olumlu yorumlar ve ETS tur yetkililerinin yonlendirmesi sayesinde Kaya Belege gitmeye karar verdik. Gordük ki gercekten de iyi bir secim yapmisiz.
Otelde birkaç ufak tefek ayrinti disinda muthesem bir tatil gecirdigimizi soyleyebilirim. Temizlik, hizmet kalitesi, güleryüzlü ve yardimsever personel gercekten dort dortluk. Otelin ic mekan düzenlemelerini de oldukca basarılı buldugumu soylemeliyim. Gercekten bir tatil yoresi oteli degil de 5 yıldızlı bir business otel sikliginda tasarlanmisti. Otelinin cevresinde cok yeterli bir alan bulunmasına ragmen sadece havuz bolgesi yani otelin on kısımları iyi cozülmüs. Dger taraflar biraz düzenlemeye ihtiyac var.
Bunun haricinde yemeklerin de oldukca güzel oldugunu belirtmeliyim. Biraz az sos kullanılsa yemeklerde ve zeytinyaglı büfesi biraz daha ceşitli olsa daha iyi olurdu.
Huzurlu tatil geçirmek isteyen herkese gonul rahatliği ile gidecekleri ve hiçbir sorun yasamayacaklari bu oteli tavsiye ediyorum.
Tüm otel yonetimine ve calisanlarina tesekkur ederim.
O kadar çok antalya daki tesislerde konakladım ki fakat buranın atmosferi farklı çok samimi ve kendinizi gerçekten çok rahat hissediyorsunuz tüm aktiviteler mükemmel tabii mutfakta.

We have just return from 2 weeks vacations in Kaya Belek hotel. I was traveling with my mother and twins (2.5 years old). I choose the hotel because of "kids paradise" promise but it turn out its nice place to stay if you do not bring kids. First I had huge issue with cleaning our room. My kids are napping from 1 pm till 4 pm and by some reason that was exactly when house keeping came. I try to resolve the problem by asking reception to send house keeping before 1 pm but it had no result. I had to give $5 to the house keeper directly and then I kept given $2 every day to have the clean before 1 pm. Very 5 stars service!!! Then one of the baby crib was broken and it took more then 4 hours to change it. I had to went and almost begged them because my kids were tired and wanted to sleep. Animation team has nothing good for kids under 4. They do have mini disco at 8.30 but it is organise poorly. For example one time locals brought camels and kids had to share dancing floor with camels!!!! We had to leave because it is too dangerous for little kids. There were only 7 high chairs on the restaurant and we had to come 10 minutes earlier to get 2 of them for our kids. They did not serve enough fruits. only apples and oranges and because my friends stayed in Hotel Papilon I know that other hotels served strawberries and watermelons. And another things that is not kids friendly, they served only one normal juice (not a mixing drink) - tomato juice:(((.
And for everyone information. The furniture in old and ugly. Reception does not speak English, at the matter of fact it's very challenging to find somebody who speaks English.
I stayed with my family at the Kaya and I had the best holiday of my life......my younger brother is Autistic yet that posed no problem as the staff treated us like royalty through-out our 2 week stay!!!The animation team were brilliant and I myself took part in many of the shows!!!We had the choice to lounge about or take part in activities without pressure!!The meals on offer always made my mouth water and my family and I are returning to this wonderful hotel in September 07!!Thank you very much to all the staff for making my holiday the best yet!!
The Kaya Belek has got to be the best holiday I have ever bee on. I went there the first time in 2001, then I returned with the whole of my family in 2004 and am planning to return next year. I have never been on such an amazing holiday and will continue to return for the rest of my life.
Ok there were things that were not totally up to 5* quality, the hotel is looking a bit shabby and the entertainment is not British oreintated, but the overall experience is just fantastic.
The Kaya Belek will always be in my heart, as such a magical holiday and somewhere that i will continue to return to, to experience more!
as a large family we visited in july 2004.we all loved the holiday. kids and adults loved everything about this hotel. the food was lovely and plenty of it. the night time entertainment was enjoyable. the rooms were lovely and clean and the air cond was very good. we were all sad to leave the hotel and vowed to go again as i found it was the best 5 star hotel i had been to and deserved its 5 *****. i could not fault this hotel in anyway and it has become our yearly holiday going in 2005 and booked again for this year. happy holiday.
